Commissioned painting in oil, process.....

Today I don't feel like doing anything.....instead I did this

Temporary Tent Studio to cosy little shed studio

Yesterday we sent hours sorting out our little studio with two work stations and shelves ect, it was long, hot and hard work but we finally got there....

In other news, we are relocating fingers crossed to Minehead, Somerset. Should take about 8 weeks if all goes to plan.

Sick Bed

Its been a bad week here at Enchanted Art, we have all been very ill, not much of a productive week.

However, I got a new art app on my iPad called 'Paper 53'.

So with that in mind and coupled with a dose of C4 Documentary 'Confessions of an Alien Abductee its no wonder I produced this as my first sketch on the app......

Onni Masks

Today I've been busy creating our unique and quirky 'Onni Masks'. These masks are made from authentic driftwood of the coast of Devon and are hand painted to give each mask its individual character. This piece is a work in progress which I have now finished and its awaiting a coat of varnish. Hopefully I will get a picture of the completed mask uploaded later this evening. Going Pro

Omg....omg...omg...omg

This is what runs through our minds every minute of the day at the moment. We at Enchanted Art have taken the leap of faith required to turn to art as a profession. 

We are a family run art studio called Enchanted Art. Our art focuses on bringing a spiritual, pagan, esoteric feel to the viewer. We concentrate on driftwood pieces of art for the home like hearts, wind chimes, mirrors, key and dog lead holders, house plaques, sculptures and driftwood 'Onni' masks. We also produce decorative pyrography pieces and take commission projects. 

These  unique, quirky, one off pieces have an individual feel and personality of there own. No two pieces of driftwood could ever be the same, ergo no two pieces of art are ever the same. We bring a piece of Devon, Dorset, Somerset coast, toss in a flavour of Paganism, Wiccan, Spirituality and you get a piece of art thats truly amazing.

Luckily for us we put our faith in the higher spirit to guide us and make us successful.
